Obtain a "consumer report" as defined in the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C., Sec. 1681 a(d), seeking information on my credit worthiness, credit standing or credit capacity, and; contact the parties identified on the application, search public records, or otherwise obtain information necessary or desirable to determine the applicant's ability to fulfill the obligations of tenancy set forth in the Lease Agreement and the Rules & Regulations. Please Note: Landlord is using public records provided by a third-party service to determine your eligibility to rent. Neither Landlord nor the third-party service can vouch for the accuracy of the records as they have no control over such records.
It is the responsibility of the applicant to check the accuracy of their own public records.
I HAVE RECEIVED A COPY OF THE LEASE, RULES & REGULATIONS, NONSTANDARD RENTAL PROVISIONS, AND I HAVE READ AND I DO UNDERSTAND SUCH DOCUMENTS, AS WELL AS THE ACCEPTANCE STANDARDS LISTED ABOVE. I HAVE READ THIS APPLICATION AND REPRESENT THAT ALL INFORMATION PROVIDED IS COMPLETE AND ACCURATE. THE UNIT WILL BE OFFERED TO THE FIRST PERSON TO SUBMIT A COMPLETE APPLICATION THAT SATISFIES LANDLORD’S RENTAL STANDARDS. IF TENANT FAILS TO SIGN A LEASE AND PAY ALL REQUIRED DEPOSITS WITHIN FIVE (5) DAYS OF NOTICE OF APPLICATION APPROVAL, THE UNIT WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE TO OTHER PROSPECTIVE TENANTS.
